If your symptoms are mild and do not warrant a prescription, you will receive supportive care recommendations and be refunded for your visit fee. If your symptoms are too severe, you will be given guidance to contact your PCP for further instructions and your fee will be refunded.

If you encounter a problem after your prescription(s) have been submitted to your pharmacy, we recommend you first reach out to your selected pharmacy as they are likely to be able to fix the issue or transfer your prescriptions.
